One avenue to look at becoming a more balanced and resilient individual is to become aware of what you 'naturally' do without thinking about it.
In order to make changes in our life, we must first become aware of what we do automatically, without even thinking about it. By witnessing these instinctual reactions and responses in life, we can start to break unhealthy patterns and behaviour that no longer serve us.
We cannot level up and become more courageous, more confident, more worthy (more whatever you desire) if you are not aware of what is stopping you from embodying this new behaviour that you desire. If you are not aware of what needs amending, healing or shifting then you will struggle to level up and become that more empowered version of yourself.
Imagine a mini version of yourself on your shoulder only cataloging information, specifically seeing what you think and what you do. This mini me doesn't criticise, they only ever observe and catalogue your thoughts and actions.
It is easier to catalogue your thoughts and behaviour and not be hard on yourself when you observe your thoughts and actions from a third party perspective. This figure is a part of you and your imagination and only wants what's best for you.
After a few weeks or months of simple observing, you can then start to jou rnal or talk to a coach or friend about what you have noticed, then what is serving and what is not serving. From here, you can start to make and embody the changes you desire.
